REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our Policy

Because all our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Positivity Prints are custom-made print-on-demand items. This means each item is printed specifically for you after you place your order, we do not hold inventory, and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage, and provide your order number.

Defects or damage include printing errors (wrong design, colors significantly off), manufacturing defects (misprints, poor quality), and items damaged during shipping (torn, stained, broken).

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded: products ordered in the wrong size, color, or design (please double-check before ordering), products that have been worn, washed, or used, products damaged due to misuse or improper care, and sale or clearance items (unless defective).

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us at info@positivityprints.co within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and description of the problem
  3. Wait for approval - We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive resolution - Once approved, we'll send a replacement or process your refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Replacement Processing

Approved replacements will be printed and shipped within 5-10 business days. You will receive tracking information once shipped. You do not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.

Shipping Costs

We cover shipping costs for replacements of defective or incorrect items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for customer errors (wrong size, changed mind, etc.).

Cancellations

Because we begin production immediately after you place your order, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, the order is in production and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email info@positivityprints.co with your order number immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for lost or stolen packages.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
